It is a free advertising and connection service operated by FundingValley LLC: we transmit the request you submit to lenders and lending partners in our network, and each of them decides independently whether to contact you and on what terms. Submitting a request is not an application for credit with FundingValley and does not guarantee an offer. Loan amounts, rates, fees and terms are set by the lender. In Tennessee an ordinary written contract is capped at the formula rate — four points over average prime, or 24% a year, whichever is less (Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 47-14-102, 47-14-103); that figure moves, and a lender licensed under the Industrial Loan and Thrift Companies Act may charge more. Completing this form does not affect your credit score; a lender may run its own credit check with your consent. FundingValley never asks you to pay a fee in advance in exchange for a promise of a loan. Requests are not accepted from residents of New York, West Virginia and Vermont.
